Irish composer Turlough O'Carolan was in love with Bridget Cruise. This is one of several pieces he wrote for her. I wrote the counter melody in the background played by Ray Holland on oboe. Peter Lewy improvised the cello parts. Peter put down several tracks. We couldn't figure out which one we like the best, so we thought we'd see what all the tracks together sounded like. I was happy with the result.
